Superior Property Services Limited maintains a current rental and sales listing of properties in the BVI. We represent property owners in brokerage relationships exclusively or, non-exclusively. Our overseas clients have come to rely on the SPS extended services which include a wide range of hospitality services from visitorss' point of embarkation to point of arrival and, for the duration of their BVI visit.

We solicit tenancies and negotiate rental agreements; enforce timely rent collection and remittance; conduct regular inspections and inventories. Once per month, SPS provides Property Owners with detailed Property Reports, inclusive of supporting receipts, invoices, correspondence and rent proceeds.

Many of our Property Owners have realized increased property values by 25%+ within 2 years of being under our Property Enhancement and Maintenance Program. While we await approval of our BVI Property Real Estate Appraisal License, we entrust our clients’ property valuation interests only to well established professionals within our affiliation network.
